Need help with .bcfnt and 3D models extraction

    Okay, so I'm in the middle of doing all system titles covers for the 3DSflow project, and I'd need some help with the extracting of some types of files from the games :

    .bcfnt
    How do you transform those font files into something windows-exploitable ? After some researches I found a few tools related to .bcfnt but couldn't make any of those working. Right now the best I can do is open it in EFE, write what I want and make a screenshot.

    3D models
    I wanted every titles's correct name and style for every language extracted from the banners but there are some titles where it's displayed in 3D and where textures are a black&white mask (The Camera & Face Raiders App for example). Ohana3DS can't load the 3D models & textures properly, and I couldn't export the models + textures to Blender successfully, so how am I supposed to deal with it so that I get the correct colors & style ?

    I hope some of you are able to help me on this, and sorry if what I'm asking for is actually noobish stuff ^^

    I have a SDK FontConverter, but I don't even know how to use it xD
