Need help to get devkitarm to work

Hello, I‘m using Ubuntu on a VM and I‘m trying to set up DevkitARM and following this tutorial https://devkitpro.org/wiki/Getting_Started/devkitARM

I‘m at the end of the tutorial but if I open the .bashrc, I don‘t know where to put the 2 „export“ commands. Can someone pls help me here?
