ROM Hack Need Help Quick

i need help anybody know how to patch a rom that has been edited for example i have been working on a hack platinum rom if you have been reading my other thread and i need to patch the rom like what wolfsclaw did please anybody i really need your help.
ps. please tell me the tool and give me a tutorial thanks

Why don't you PM wolfsclaw and ask how to do it?
As far as I know I always use patch to a clean rom, not editted one, but maybe I'm wrong.
