I am currently on stock 3.60 with 32gb sony card and am ready to upgrade to 3.65 enso cfw. I have a good guide to follow for that, but before I decide the do this, I want to be sure I can achieve the following:

1) back up the games and saves I have currently in the system
2) unassociate my system from my PSN account
3) do a factory reset to the system to clean everything up
4) create a new PSN ID
5) install 3.65 enso + adrenaline + sd2vita + a 128gb micro sd card with adapter v5.0 + pkgi
6) set up pkgi to store games sd card
7) reinstall all the games and saves I backed up from step 1
8) repurpose 32gb sony card to hold only psp games

My question is are all of the above goals even possible, am I missing anything, and how exactly do I achieve all of this?

I have scoured the net and find plenty of guides explaining how to install, but nothing really that details the prep steps above for people that want to get their legit network info off the sytstem (especially if you want to sell it at some point) and restore all your years worth of game saves. Thanks in advance.

hmm..I can't speak for all of this. However, I can atleast provide you with some information about upgrading to 3.65, h-encore, and enso.
You should check out this website too: https://vita.hacks.guide/

And also this video:

And also I think to unlink an account, you simply go into henkaku settings and do that. Also look into simple account switcher, which should help in moving accounts from your current one to a different one.

Thanks! Yeah that was the guide I planned on using. Sorry, I realize I was all over the place and that was a lot to absorb. I guess the summary of my current concern is figuring out how to get my actual PSN info off this unit and basically "anonymizing" it before hacking the heck out of it... and preferrable putting years' worth of game save data back onto the cleaned unit when all is said and done (if that's even possible).

this is somewhat a pita to do. what you want is to do as much on 3.60. first, backup your app, appcont, and patch folders before formatting. uninstall enso, restore the ps vita system, reformat the memory card, download molecular shell from henkaku's website, use that to install vita shell, and enso updater. make a qcma backup of these. update to 3.65 enso. reinstalling henkaku causes the config.txt to revert back and plugins removed. well, that could be from the system restore. restoring the system will revert your config.txt as well (possibly plugins too). once on 3.65, install your config.txt and any plugsin you were using. plug in your sd2vita (if you're using one). reboot the system. on the vita, qcma back vita shell. now, copy all that stuff you originally backed up to the micro sd card, then refresh the livearea. this works for games, but I got weird issues with dlc and patches (possibly due to the system restore). if you want to backup saves, you may need to decrypt the saves on the profile they originated on. use save manager for this. they can be moved to the new profile with its restore function. it's kinda an all day process to get everything moved over to a new account. oh, I think you need an account id to use qcma. I was never able to connect without one. you get this from either signing in to psn (possibly activating as I did both). remember to spoof to 3.68. henkaku will spoof to 3.67 by default. I think that's it.

Thanks godreborn, but just a note, I'm not currently on enso, I'm on stock 3.60. How does that change things?

not much. I've not tried the new h-encore method as there's an older, simpler method, but you must be on 3.60 for it. you have to uninstall enso using that method.
