both "nzone.sh" and "install" are downloadable on pc, but it seems like not work well on linux router??

The shell script is failing because the tail, tar and install commands are not present on the machine to which you are connected. This is nothing to do with telnet - it's because those commands need to be installed. The system seems to be using busybox which provides some of the standard Linux commands but not all. So you need to get those three commands installed and then try again to run the script. Which distro are you running on?

you're right....

Oh when you said Linux router I thought you meant a Linux box running a routing service. I don't know for sure but it seems unlikely that you will be able to install the required commands on a router, which will have very limited storage capacity and most likely will be running a very cut down, customised distro.
