Hacking Need help mobile hosting.

I need help mobile hosting. I followed all the instructions on the sticky of "The Definitive Guide to Wii U Hacking" by using Tiny Web Server (kWs doesn't work for me as I can't access the settings with my Recent Key for some reason) but when I try to open the url, I get a site error and is redirected. I insert the IP Adressort in to the URL Bar on the Wii U Browser.

Anyone could help me find the solution to my issue. I'm trying to selfhost some apps for my 5.5.1 Wii U.
