Homebrew Need help making a moonshell 2 skin

I'm making a skin but I can't figure out how to remove the instructions. How do you do it?

EDIT:No wait figured it out.

New question: What is the picture SCE_BG for?

open the colortbl included in the default skin folder... and change FileList_Top=0 to FileList_Top=1... to remove the instruction txt..

Getting more frustrated. Look at my bare progress!:

I can't change the scrollbar and the arrows are freakish for some reason. I'm sure I changed it!

This is probably the most decent one of all of them.

The absolute worst. I haven't put in icons yet, The text color on the top is unreadable, it all forms a scattered mess.

Can someone help?

Just got home... first of all u should hve change the font color in the colortbl to make it visible by changing color codes for example: HelpTop_Text=000000 to HelpTop_Text=ffffff the black text in the setup will change into white... trial and error is the key to make the text suitable to your wallpapers.. as for the scroll bars i dnt know... i just experiment colors combinations by adjusting the hue and saturation and color balance through photoshop...

I can't help but feel that default wallpaper isn't very good.

Having some more difficulty, The top text wont become white. I've tried changing the color codes on everything that says Help_Top or something. I can't get it. Hmm, I wonder what I'll do know? I think I'll work on the video player.

Didn't work all it did was change the color of my files. I was actually talking about the startup setup. The one on top when you start Moonshell.
