So I was watching a video and got to the Decrypt9 part. I had to backup the NANDI and then restart. Now I should be on an earlier 3ds FW but I'm not what did I do wrong. If I did for it wrong what actions should I take?

just start over from the beginning, delete all the files you added from the guide and use the ones that are linked in 3ds.guide
