Need help identifying nds flashkart

Hi! I need some help here, I got a .hk flashcard. It say’s 2024 R4 sdhc rts lite. The website on the card is down, so no help or firmware there.
I’ve downloaded a handful of different firmware, but my ds lite never starts up. Freezes at black screen with the words "loading…"
Tried downloading twilight and that fired up, but i can’t get the games or emulators running. I need a download link for firmware that fits my card. I’m no hacker so i need a fairly good walkthrough

It could also be an R4DS Pro since the year is not inside a star shape. Getting stuck on "Loading..." typically means that. You'd have to confirm by seeing the back.
