ROM Hack Need Help for Decompress a code.bin file

I need help for decompress a code.bin file, especially for AlphaSapphire or OmegaRuby.
WITHOUT using the decompress option in pk3DS...

what reason is there to decompress the code.bin?

For run ORAS without his update.
I found that the compressed code.bin file is the problem for that.

I would understand if your goal was to get the code.bin, or extract the files (if any) within it. In the second case, I would like to figure out how to make (I are completely newbie, don't even know where to start, despite having already extracted all the files from a game [not a Pokémon game]). And sorry for possible errors (I don't get along with English).
