Need Help for Animal Crossing Game Data

Hey guys i got a modded switch. I got the atmosphere os on there.
I wanted to get my Island from my stock software to the atmosphere software.
But when I start the game through atmosphere my Island is not there.

How I can transfer it from stock to atmosphere.
