Can someone recommend a good team for a local tournament that I can get by Saturday?
Also, Don't focus on IVS and EVS please.

With nature multipliers not factored in, a 0 IV and 0 EVs will short you by 94 stat points compared to 31 and 252 respectively!

There is no such item as a damp stone. What you are referring to is a damp rock, which increases rain dance effect to 8 turns from 5. Mystic Water boosts water type moves by 20%.

You can either have surf at 70% extra power with mystic water for 5 turns or you can have surf at 50% extra power for 8 turns with damp rock. Your choice.
