Gaming Need help fixing my Zen touch

Well, i never really attempted to ask anywhere but i figured i'd try.

My creative zen touch shit out on me a while back. I was told by a rep. it was a hard drive problem.
Does anyone know how to fix that without paying the fees?

It's worth doing a search on Creative's forums, there's lots of information on there so you're likely to find advice from people with similar problems.
