I need help deciding on a Wii Mod Chip. My Wii Serial number is a LU300 so that would make the chip set a GC2 right? I want a solder less clip on solution too. Please help me.
Thanks, CR1169

GC2-D?B...

on WiiTracker, you have a DMS chipset... ouch...

Get a Yowii or a Wiikey

I have a Yowii, with Yaosm 3.0 firmware, and I don't have to mess with it... just pop it on the drive chip, put my wii back together, and play play play...

I typed in my full serial on wii tracker this is what i got
Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-DMS.
What is bad about this?
Thanks, CR1169

I also wanted one where you just open your wii and clip it in. You have to solder that one on.

Ummm... no, you don't have to solder a Yowii on... I have the solderless one... you can find them online at a few 'stores'...

Just pop the WiiClip on, do a power test to see if it's working, and bob's your uncle! Enjoy piracy!

What about a wii key 2 solderless found one on mod chip central for 58$. I have also heard good things about the Wasabi which is 69$ for the solderless option. Thoughts?
