Hacking Need help converting a save file!

So right now I am really into Tony Hawk's Proving Ground and I just got my AceKard 2. So I try to convert my save from the CycloDS to the AceKard 2 and it converts fine but when I put it on my DS and try to play it, it shows up as no saves for the game!

Can anyone help?

Are you sure the filenames are complete the same (apart from the file extension)?

You shouldn't actually have to do any conversion. Just rename the save to have a .nds.sav extension instead of the plain .sav that it had on the CycloDS. CycloDS saves are all 512KB, but that extra padding doesn't matter, the Acekard will read it fine and save it as the correct size the next time it saves.

If you create a new profile and then quite the game and come back later, does it still show the profile you created or does it always want you to create a new profile? If it's never detecting the save even after creating it itself, then you should try manually changing the savetype.

I'm still unclear on the differences between the Acekard RPG and the Acekard 2, but with the RPG, you change the savetype by pressing Y twice when the ROM is highlighted in the menu.
