Need for speed underground 2 / Pcsx2

Cant figure out how to install and setup a hd texture pack for this game, ive extracted and place the slus file in the textures folder, disabled mip-mapping, enables load textures, and even tried renaming the slus folder for it to match the game "SLUS-21065"

Is it in a folder called "replacements"?
