Homebrew Need downgrading advice

I have both Kernel time machine and sysupdater but I'm worried on which one is the safest way to downgrade. I have a 10.3U Old 3ds. Also should I just instead wait for gateway to release their software to support 10.3 because I want to downgrade to play 3ds games

Sysupdater. SafeSysUpdater is known to cause incomplete downgrades causing franken-firmwares

Well any build from Julian that doesn't cause bricks is good enough in my opinion
