Need a new tablet!

I'm working with a $300 budget

I need a tablet that

A) Has HDMI
B) Can run N64 games as smoothly as possible
C) Can connect to bluetooth controllers (like PS4)

Suggestions?

I would recommend a laptop but if you want a tablet go with Samsung. They are a good company and have the most competitive products.
