Yeah, he's a legend in Japanese culture....and indirectly a legend here to all Lion King fans *hint hint* Hey x_comp, wanted to thank you for that walkthrough @ gamebrink on project hacker, helped my gf out a lot. Thanks....she kept asking me how to get past that part and I don't know Japanese so it makes it kind of tough.
Well, respect for Tezuka doesn't mean we have to respect this game...OSAMU TEZUKA - The godfather of Manga
Show some respect Children!
and go read Pheonix, Buddha or Metropolis.
You ppl suck.
Actually, it should be "Tetzuka" if you know Japanese.
His name ???? is written as ??? ??? in Kana. Notice it's ? 'tzu' and not ? 'zu'. It's pronounced in the same way as in ??? 'tsutzuku'. There is a difference you know.
Too bad whoever romanised his name originally didn't know the difference and now everyone just spells his name as Tezuka.

But anyway, enough of the Japanese lesson... People want to know what the game is like

Actually both ??and ? can be read as "zu" but the former is indeed the correct "zu" and the latter just sounds like it depending on the speaker.are you sure, because im looking in a japanese text book, and it shows that ? is zu without the t.

Glad it helped! Took me over a week to write it... Makes me think twice about translating another adventure game

QUOTE said:Yes, I'm sure. It's like pronouncing ??? 'tsubasa' as???? 'subasa'. I've had quite a few Japanese correcting me when I used to chat in Romaji and typed "continue" as "tsuzuku" when it should have been "tsudzuku".
Most people can't pronounce the 't' difference though so that's why you find it commonly as "zu". Romaji is really just there as a pronunciation guide after all.
However, you'll find ? is romanised as 'dzu' normally and not the way I've done it.
