They can't sue lol. It's Nintendo's own fault for not implementing some kind of cheat detection methods like Punkbuster or GameGuard.

that would be horrible go to mpcforums or mpcdownloads as well as many other multiplayer cheating forums and not only is there discussion but links to download for hacks or bypasses for punkbuster,gamegard,dmc ect.
nothing like giving a cheater plausible deniability

eg. kick/ban such and such for cheating
well he passed PB(or whatever method) so he cant be cheating he must be good or your lagging
then they would say punk buster is secure

I don't even understand why you'd want this rom anyways. You CANNOT use it. It is pretty much out there just because it can be dumped. If you would like to cheat at games you own, download the Nitro Hax homebrew in the GBAtemp Download Center.
