1 difference I see between the two versions is that while both of them will read NDS carts as Unknown Carts when you insert them (with M3 at least), 1.02 will give some cart code in the lower left corner of the top screen.

Do people still cheat in videogames?

I personally find games have become way too easy.

Darn I can't get pass the gates of Action Replay's castle. I tried jumping over it but then the Passcard guard keeps on blocking my way.

It _does_ work on the m3 but the problem is that there is no code list loaded to ID games from and no way of entering them in by hand. It _will_ work (assuming there is no protection after the codes are chosen) if someone can dump the save data from an original so we can load it onto our carts.

Not will be... already are. There are many codes for MKDS and other wifi/WFC games already. I smell a lawsuit...

On games that overlap the stats and stuff (most of them) you can't prevent the effects from being used -- MKDS, MPH, etc.

I've heard the codes do 'actively' work online (not just residual effects) but have no hardware to test it out.

Yeah, it would be nice if someone dumped the save for this. Then maybe we could use it.
