Homebrew NDSmail v0.60 query?

Hey guys! With NDSmail, I heard you can use gmail. I am able to use cox email systems but hotmail I'm not so lucky. Do you guys know a way to get around with this? I'm currently usin a DSi v1.3U with Acekard 2i AKAIO Firmware 1.4.1. I dunno how else to elaborate on my problem. When I try to use it, all I can confirm is a message bar that asks for password. When I initiate my password and hit OK my game freezes, anyone know why?

I don't think it works with hotmail,

IIRC it's something to do with POP3 access.

Unless things have changed... I do remember hotmail introducting POP3 or something.

Sorry to be so vague, I haven't used this app in ages.

Just to expand on what OSW said: NDSMail can handle Gmail fine, there is instruction on this page. Hotmail should work as well, POP access was enabled in March of this year.

Huh I get a debug error that says SSL returned -8 and then connection timed out.

Have you:

- got Wi-fi homebrew working before?
- enabled POP on your hotmail account?
