I have just got ndsmail and i go to setting i don't know what to do for my gmail! please can some one leave instructions how to setup it for gmail?

when i go to settings i put in my email and password and it says didn't save empty account. there were other boxes but i didn't know what to do help.
The GMail settings are at the bottom of this page : DNSMail vs. Gmail.
