Gaming NDSL top screen not working!

My NDSL's top screen is now, not working. It's connected, but the top screen graphics will not show up properly. When I turn it on, you can see that the top screen lights up to, but just barely. How should I fix the problem? :/

could be that the ribbon cable is invisibly damaged

Sounds to me like the screen is damaged.

I would advise ordering and installing a replacement screen...
