Homebrew NDS_Picross initial levels

I wanted to get the homebrew version from http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/games/download-ndspicross-20121107-f31524.html but it says that a internet connection is required to get the initial puzzles. Is there a way I can manually download them and put them on my cart? Because I have a WPA2 internet connection and so I am unable to go online with my ds. And I have no way of changing the connection type.

I had some puzzles from version 2012 11 07, so I packed them for you.
Extract this archive to get the NDS_PICROSS folder on your SD card root : http://filetrip.net/dl?GpWcMJerB6
I included the CFG file too, it might contains save data for the 3 levels I completed. delete it, It will be created again.

does it still allow you to connect to whatever server was hardcoded and dl the puzzles? perhaps we should host the puzzles on FT as well.

I just tried, it displays "Download is succeded, but there is no new picross data(s).", even if I delete all the existing files so puzzles can't be downloaded from the game anymore.
