Only way I can think of would be to create some sort of homebrew app with a wifi link that goes to the machine, though I highly doubt it's possible.

the nxt doesnt use wifi
it only has a blue tooth receiver on certain models

the video is most likely fake
there is a RTC add on for the NXT so it can be programmed to start a chain of commands at a certain time

I know that my nxt has bluetooth but in that video it looked like they found a way to use the wifi on the ds to emulate bluetooth would that work?

Most likely, the button presses send a signal over wifi to a computer. The computer then sends signals over Bluetooth
Yeah that's what the poster says it's doing, if you click the website link in the description there's a diagram and an explanation of what he's done. Whether it's real or not I don't know, but running Google Translate gives you the gist of how it's running in a fair bit of detail.

To those suggesting a custom homebrew - why not use DS2WIN (or was it PC?) or something similar? No need to write a custom program when you can just emulate a gamepad... (That's the only use I've found for DS2WIN, due to my particular wireless set up the other functions don't work very well, or for very long before losing the connection)
