To clean up all settings and homebrew delete the nhbm folder:
WinXp: [driveletter where windows is installed]:\Documents And Settings\[Your username]\nhbm
Windows 7/vista: [driveletter where windows is installed]:\users\[Your username]\nhbm

Changes:

User is attended to restart application after saving new settings
After saving settings application will now close
Now you can remove homebrew
With first-run the second messagebox removed

Small update of homebrew-store files to r3b
Only thing changed is minecraft nds is removed because the creator needs to find new textures and cant use the old ones anymore because of copyright issues
No new things, tommorrow i hope to release nds homebrew manager v1.1.0

Making pc ready for compiling(i messed up fedora so i need to reinstall first) the linux version
Will have a .deb and .rpm file
