Very interesting concept! Looks like a sci-fi game though. And fairy wings lol. Will definitly try.

Well it really looks interesting allright. It's just that if couple billion people has virus then you send one (wo)man to save everybody in size of an atom? And virus happens to look like generic game monster and not an virus.
This is what I understood from video and it just bugs me >_>
I don't say Trauma Center was realistic but they were doctors and there wasn't worldwide pandemic. And it wasn't virus it was GUILT.

Gameplay itself looks OK. I hope that's online multiplayer what I saw there.

Well for one it is one guy because well it's funner that way, there is only couple of people that could fight off Guilt for example, they at least tried to name the virus "Lost Virus" indicating it was special and all that
