Hacking NAND Dump Request/Software/Firmware Request/Poll

Hey guys, I'm utterly confused with all the things needed to have a pimped out Wii with how preloader isn't that great (or it is) vs HackMii vs all that stuff. I'm just sorta tired of it all, IOS, cIOS, mIOS, cMIOS, patches, bugs, fixes reading through all the forums to find out what the high post guys are using and such and such. I'm just going to install BootMii, backup my NAND and ask if someone could kindly upload their own NAND. If this is not possible (because I think I read somewhere that your NAND dump is specific to your Wii) then I'd just like to get an official list of what the best solutions are right now. Seriously I'm so fed up with all this stuff.

What firmware are you using? (moved on to 4.0 or do you wuv your 3.2?)
What cIOS are you using (13a or 13b or what?)
What mIOS or cMIOS are you using? Which one is better or do you use?
Would you recommend BootMii or preloader or both or what?
Did you still install USB 2.0 support?
etc, etc,

I can install USB Loader GX, Mplayer and all that other stuff just fine but I just need to know what I need to install to be at the forefronts of Wii modding in terms of just the system. Anyways, I'm asking for a NAND dump because I don't want to get a poll of what the best solutions are, but I would also like to know wth is needed to be maxed out.

Nands are specific to the Wii its on!

Okay, so I remember correctly but could users just list what their Wii is running on? I just want to stop the scavenger hunt.

I'm on 4.0E (followed the Ultimate Guide from virgin 3.1E)
CIOS13a
also installed latest MIOS (I think its rev 3) for GC support
Bootmii as boot2 and as IOS
also preloader 0.29 for the hacks.

Software:
USBLoaderGX, NeoGamma R3 and R4RCx, Coverfloader
HBC of course, homebrew browser
and many more.

This is just my personal set up, some others' might be better. However, every post would probably help.

4.0U, with patched IOS60

I haven't messed with either of those recently, so I can't say anything about them.

I use preloader. I've seen some people save that BootMii does everything brick-prevention wise that preloader does, so if you have BootMii installed, you don't need to install preloader unless you want some of the hacks for it.

That is what installs with one of the rev13 installs, right? If it is, I have that enabled. I don't use any other USB device besides a hard drive so I wouldn't notice a that much of a difference.

Both

Only for a few apps do you actually have to install that.
cIOS rev13 does this.
