Correct me if I'm wrong but you can use the dongle to inject Hekate from a pc (using a usb 2.0 --> microusb cable) and then you can backup your nand without the need of the usb 2.0-->usb C cable (like you do now without the tx pro)

In this way the dongle acts as a microusb/usbC adapter, am I right?

So no need to buy the 56 ohm cable?

You are talking about SX Pro dongle ?
Why do you want a dongle to launch Hekate from a PC ?

Oh, i understand. But no you can't do that.
But you can simply launch hekate via SX bootloader. And no need for usb c => usb a cable.

You can launch hekate with SX OS by choosing the "Launch external payload" option in the SX OS boot menu. Just copy the hekate payload on the root of your micro sd card.
