hi I started modding my new 3ds following this guide.
3ds.hacks.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
then this
3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(homebrew-launcher)
and then this
3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

I managed to copy the nand backup but when I reinserted the card in the 3ds it says that payload was corrupted.
It seems the card was corrupted so I tryed another card

I copyed all the files from the previous steps in the new card
boot.3dsx boot.firm soundhax.m4a safehaxpayload.bin otherapp.bin in root
safehax.3ds udsploit.3dsx in 3ds folder
then I reinstalled all the files form the "finalizing setup" step of the tutorial
Anemone3DS (the .cia file)
Checkpoint (the .cia file)
Homebrew Launcher Wrapper
GodMode9
DSP1
FBI (the .cia and .3dsx files)
ctr-no-timeoffset
Luma3DS Updater (the .cia file)
and then I did another time all the steps previously did with the corrupted card with the new card.
THe problem occured when I tryed to redo a new nand backup
when i launched GOdMode9 it doesn't ask to backup essential files and neither fix RTC date and time.
When I run the backup nadn script it freeze at 0% and I have to brute switch off the console .
If I try to run the nandbacku out of the script I receive the error in the attached photo.
The 3ds can write on the sd card and I have plenty of space for the backup
In the out folder there are 2 backup files with correct name but 0 byte

any idea?

thx
Andrea

Thats not the error in the photo, thats the script. Whats on the bottom screen?

I am doing it right now but it is very strange that the problem is the sd card itself because I can install games and the console can write on the sd other files without errors

Mhh the nintendo 3ds folder is 104gb (!) with a card of 32 gb :-( something seems corrupted.
this folder :

H:\Nintendo 3DS\a7d3e4e6220c20a2deeeb4f20f35433a\3424010b500701353226445200275048\title\00040000\00053f00\data

Can I recreate a sd card from scratch?

Copied all the folders except nintendo 3ds on another sd card and now I am able to make the backup.

I dont think you can recreate data from scratch if it became corrupted

I managed to recover the situation using windows error control and after that I was able to delete the corrupted folder. all seems ok now.

All the problem was caused by a lexar sd card swifted to a samsung card fixed all.

Did your emptied card passed H2testw in a full Write + Verify test? You're setting yourself for another bad day if you don't get this card checked out.
