X360 is wireless usb2.0 you need some kind of hardware bridge and a way to translate that to 64 inputs. The only was might be to just splice two controllers together.

the 64 controller isn't that bad, is it? they still have 3rd party conch's that come close to the 360 shape.

Is there any devices or bridges that you make with some tutorials?

Here's how the controls would work

Left Thumb stick - Joystick (Look)
Right Thumb stick - Joystick (Move)
    LB - (L)
    RB - Â
    LT - (A)
    RT - (B)
    X - (C Left)
    Y - (C Up)
    A - (C Down)
    B - (C Right)
    Start - Start
    Back - (Z)
    D-Pad - D-Pad

My advice, go to Benheck forums and ask there. Someone might even be willing to build you one for $$
