Im playing Pokemon Stadium on my switch with retroarch using mupen64plus-next core and I was wondering if there is a way to emulate the transfert pack to use my GB rom on it?

Don't think so.

you could probably do it on pc, extract the save, and transfer to switch. not sure specifically, but i've done crazier things on pc emulators before.
