Hardware N3DsLL micro sd card slot problems

Hello all, I am getting the dreaded “MicroSD card cannot be recognized message.” I have tried new SD cards all formated in Fat 32, from 16GB to 128GB and they are working and are read perfectly by my computer. The SD card I want to use is also perfectly read by another 3Ds and immediately gets recognized. I have used compressed air on the slot and have used 91% Isopropyl on the slot to no avail. The microsd clicks and unclicks just fine with no sticking as well. Does anybody have any suggestions or will i just have to order a replacement slot?

You most likely have a defective microSD card reader. Instead of formatting the cards with the Windows format menu, you could use SD Card Formatter or FAT32 Format Tool. Otherwise, this could be due to the card reader or being fake/defective microSD cards.

I used GUI and followed the guide and the card is recognized by other 3ds. I have ordered a replacement microSD card reader, lets say it still doesnt read anything what would be the problem then?
