Would there be any serious damage if I charge a N3DS XL with a charger of different region ?


I have a US Charger & AUS N3DS XL system....any problems charging it thru a surge protector strip ?

I am fairly certain that the systems themselves are virtually the same, power-wise, and take the same voltages so the adapters all output the same volts regardless of region and therefore it should be perfectly safe. THe main concern is that you use the charger on matching region outlets.

Is the rating on the back of the 3DS 4.6V?

Yup :

Battery 3.7v and Rating 4.6v

Ok, then it should be perfectly fine to use a USA charger on USA outlets to charge an Australian 3DS.
