big thanks so far, but don't run away, maybe i get some other problems in a while.

Can i now just contuine with the guide or should i do something ?

Of this all fails you may be able to recover with a ctrnand transfer using GM9
Decrypt9 ctrtransfer is better option.

If you can boot to luma config or payloads, then update your system and continue

Awesome!
If you can boot into the home menu, just continue on with the rest of the guide!

Thanks everybody, i think i am finished with upgrading !
i hope this will work now, and not just stop working from one to another day :-D
I always suggest making regular NAND backups and storing them in a safe place. Otherwise you should be good to go, happy hacking!
