Hacking N3DS incomplete downgrade

I downgraded from 9.9->10.3->9.2.0U two weeks ago, with a 9.2.0-20U(Full)_n3DS zip pack from a certain site in a certain thread. The downgrade was "complete" and successful. I went as far as set up emuNand, and unlinking. However, some titles were not included in the pack I used. Running downgrade check (https://github.com/svanheulen/downgrade_check) shows:

Title ID 0x0004009b00010402 Expected version 0x1002 Installed version 0x1402

Title ID 0x0004003000009e02 Extra title

Title ID 0x0004001b00010802 Expected version 0x0000 Installed version 0x0400

How should I go about fixing these titles?

load hbl in 9.2 sysNand, and run with the new sysUpdater 0.4.2b?
or rxTools devMode, install normal sysUpdater.cia, and run normal sysUpdater?
or upgrade back to 10.3 sysNand, load hbl in 10.3 sysNand, and run with the new sysUpdater 0.4.2b?

Where did you get the firmware package from?

You may need to run the official sysupdater CIa and downgrade again https://github.com/profi200/sysUpdater/releases in miniPasta mode

Weird. I used the same package from there to downgrade 2 N3DS without any problem checking with downgrade checker.

I had this happen its due to the shitty sysupdater and the guy that promised time machine that never delivered.

Looking the titles up on 3dbrew.org gave some insight about them; some are expected, others I have no idea about. Here's what I found:

Looks to be something concerning country and region names, though both versions listed aren't listed here.

"Title ID 0x0004003000009e02 Extra title"
'Cabinet (amiibo Settings)' This one should be fine, as it's related to amiibo stuff.

"Title ID 0x0004001b00010802 Expected version 0x0000 Installed version 0x0400"
'This CFA only contains a 1-byte "dummy.txt" in the RomFS, which contains '0'.'

"Title ID 0x0004013000001b02 Expected version 0x0800 Installed version 0x0c01" http://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/GPIO_Services
This one looks to be important, as it seems to be related to safe mode stuff.

"Title ID 0x0004013000001a02 Expected version 0x1400 Installed version 0x1801" http://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/DSP_Services
This is about audio stuff, have no idea about this but I don't see why it'd hurt anything if you had a newer version.

Not that this solves your problem or anything, but if you wanted to at least know what these are related to, here they are.

Nice HBL utility. I got 3 extra titles. O3DS, 9.2 sysNAND(downgraded from 10.3) + 10.4 emuNAND

Can I delete those three using BBM or FBI? Is it safe to do so?
