I am about to install emunand on my N3DS and i wanna know what firmware i can use on it. Can it use the latest 3DS firmware or do i have to use 9.5 emunand. Thanks!

rxTools? Hmm, well. I'd personally advise Luma3DS as its an active CFW which gets frequent additions and updates, are you referring to the rxTools which has been brought to life by dukesrg or Roxas75? (I think its Roxas75..)

rxTools is active... there is a beta on its website rn and also... rxtools.net

Ok, rxTools is 100% waste of time. Luma3DS emunand went automaticly to 10.3 and it works from menuhax so i dont need to use cubic ninja for 2 things! Thanks for that dude!
