Homebrew N00b question about Ninjhax

Hi guys!
I' m going to buy a Cubic Ninja cartridge in order to access HB on 10.6 fw ( I have a New3ds with 10.5 fw and no emuNand [emoji20] )
My question is:

If I use ninjhax exploit to access HBL with CN cartridge inside my console, can I change game?
Example: I use svdt to backup my Pokémon OR saves.
Can I switch cartridge without risk after HBL has been launched via CN?

Yes because the hbl is booted from the 3dsx. Not the save file itself
