windows 10 runtime error??? its the first time i see in my laptop, when i turn on the laptop.i dont understand for this problem. after that my screen is death/black screen. i try cut off to turn on the laptop by pressing the ctrl+alt+del. and run new task. the type is eplorer.exe and my desktop appear on my screen. when first time i install windows 10 to my laptop, i try to run dolphin, cemu and the other game emulator. but its work very slowly. on dolphin, only 20 fps and normally is 59 or 60 fps. for cemu only black screen. but i think its normal because this is a laptop not a pc or mother board. but in my laptop i see ''intel inside'' hologram, but i still use my laptop until 5 month. but in this week the problem is comes. runtime error, dll missing, and all programs work slowly. ya now i know when the fist time i install this windows 10, the emulator game work very slow its not normal. but i dont know how to fix this problem. i try to use my clean pc, tweak bit. but i must buy it for this problem. but its very expensive to buy it. i think my intel the problem. when i check it my intel its work properly. someone can help me??? sorry for my english. because i leave in indonesia. and i still 13 years old.

Really hard to und erstand your Problem ...
So you are getting a runtime error in every startup ?
My guess is that you have some weird programms in your autostart that might have an error, open up the task manager and look into the autostart tab.
Usually you can unmark most if not all programms other than your anti virus and on a laptop the touch pad program.

Another thing might be to look into your device manager if every driver is installed properly.
If I understand correct you do have a Intel GPU that is probably build into your CPU and not a dedicated GPU so you can assume that it is way to weak to run proper games or emulators

"Runtime error" is vague enough to mean anything.

Can you post a screenshot?

Why would Windows be showing a "runtime error" just because the GPU might be "weak"? (Also, for the record, I have an Intel HD 4000, and it runs Dolphin decently.)

im sorry its my fault. the windows error is; 'windows scrpit host access is disabled on this machine' and my intel is: 'intel celeron cpu n2830 @2.16ghz' sorry i cannot upload screenshot.

That CPU is most likely far too weak to run dolphin fullspeed.
Anyway, sometimes the best thing to do is just reinstall Windows (in Windows 10 and I believe Windows 8 this is made really easy with a "reset" option which keeps all your files but uninstalls programs and essentially gives you a clean slate)
I had a similar problem as you on my desktop, Windows would boot and log in but everything was running extremely slowly and trying to start any apps just caused Explorer to freeze, in the end I just used the reset option and everything was working fine afterwards.

I'm pretty sure he said the program to clean his laptop was expensive, not the laptop itself.

The best solution then is to check for corrupt registry entries, programs that cause slowdown and dll errors, check disk for corrupt system files, or if everything else fails, install windows 7 and disable updates(or even better linux, no registry, far less malware but still some, can make you learn how pcs work)...

Re-enable Windows Script Host? (check Google for how to do this)

Thank you so much. But my laptop still very weak, to open google chrome, dolphin, microsoft office word, and more. how do you thing about that? Whats the problem. I need my laptop is like a nomal again.

I don't think he should be buying ANY software that claims to clean up his PC. It mattered 15 years ago with Windows XP, but nowadays Windows is pretty self-maintaining and any software that claims to help is more likely to make things work. If there is an actual problem, it's not very likely to be something that a "Fixer software" would figure out.
