Hacking My VitaShell is broken

I can't seem to
1. Close the app.
2. Turn off the console
3. Change settings 50% of the time

UPDATE: After triying to use my config.txt backup, all of my apps have disappeared.

Do you have Enzo or Henkakku (the non perma CFW) if you have Enzo it is more than likely something in your prx files that is causing something. Did you download something or it just happened out of nowhere.
