MY PSP E1004 STREET PROBLEM

so i have a psp e1004 but the middle thing with vloumn start,select,etc is not working like at all...I had a problem with backlight..i fixed it but after that when i put it together it just stopped working tried fixing yet cant understand why its not working and i cant get a replacement cause alibaba and aliexpress is not available...and is not available anywhere ....

can anyone tell me the issue i will try to reinsert the flex cable if somebody suspects thats the problem

We have no way of knowing what "thing" you are talking about, or what you did to try fixing it so far. Or what flex cable
