Anyways, we've all faced these kinds of specs, these are my specs:

Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2.00GHz
Memory: 2.00 GB
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 5450

The oddest thing, i'm using a 4K screen as a monitor.

Any choices to upgrade these specs without blowing all of my money on it?

So I put together a list of parts that are in total around 500$.
I just assumed that you could reuse your current case, power supply, and harddrive.

In general, this system is old enough that it might be worthwhile to just build/buy a whole new PC. However, if you can't do that right now, there's two upgrades that will definitely help the most:
  • RAM - This system should support at least 4 GB; possibly 8 GB.
  • SSD - if you don't have one yet, consider getting one for at least the OS.

For the answer "how do you live like this?" I think i've seen worse, still you have lets say a bad pc if you plan on gaming.

Not bad but you have to be sure that you can handle the system with the current psu or else it won't run. What is your psu brand and model?
