no need for excuses, i'm alright with multi language, just saying it cause the rules need to be applied in all cases for it to be a strong rule.
i did notice it doesn't add that much info for others to being able to read it, just for the forum to be able to hold the argument in a different sittuation it needs to be strict on following the rule each time.
