Hacking My old 3ds won't boot up

I've installed CFW on my old 3ds a few months ago everything was working but when I tried to boot it today it won't boot into the Home menu, it only shows a black screen. I have a Nand Backup and there is some stuff working:

Godmode9
Luma3ds Settings
Rosalina Menu (when it's Blackscreen)
Recovery Mode (but updating didn't worked)

I hope I you can help me (were that all Information you needed?)

1: Boot Godmode9

2: One the Godmode9 interface has loaded press the home button after the home button is pressed a list of options should be displayed on the bottom screen select the option Scripts...

3: Then GM9Megascript then Scripts from Plailect's Guide then Setup Luma3DS to CTRNAND then A A again then input the button combo given and wait for the process to complete

4: See if the problem has been fixed

Yes I have a spare SD Card, but Luma3ds is already installed to CTRNAND

Format the spare SD card and try to boot it with this card this should only be done if my above method does not work

Reinstalling Luma3ds on CTRNAND isn't working, I will try it with the spare SD Card tomorrow

Okay the SD should work but it is not a fix it is just a way to troubleshoot

Okay the spare worked, I think I´ll format my primary Card and put the things from the spare onto it

Okay great the culprit is most likely a corupted file in the Nintendo 3DS folder I am glad this worked have a nice day
