Homebrew My home menu data got messed up.

I got a n3ds with CFW Luma3DS 6.0.1 and home menu data got messed up somehow. The home menu keeps resetting changes I make and I'm hoping some one can help me fix this. Please?

Do you use emuNAND? If so, are your NANDs linked?
Also, what kind of home menu changes are you referring to?

I used to then I deleted it.

Moving games around. Installing .cia then unwrap to then see them wrapped again to display the same notification.

Also I'm not using any EMUnands. To be more clear, I basically followed the tutorial from Plailect
