I just bought a EZ Vi flash card and all i get when i turn on my ds with the ez inserted is a white screen. Is there a way to fix the flash card? thanks

if you can see it in the DSi menu, then at least we know the DS can detect it. In that case, you might want to try updating/replacing the firmware again.
If it's not seen by the DS at all....you might want to ask for a replacement from the place you bought it from.

Make sure the kernel and firmware are all up to date first, you won't be able to run the card without the latest software and the DSi's launch update file as well.
