ya! I think theres also Best Buy warranties too... I was offered a Gamestop warranty ($10 I think) when I bought my DS Lite.

gamestop tried to get me with the warrenty for 20 bucks last week for my ds lite. i said hell no

I did the canadian one (they said it would cost me $75 too) but i sent it in anyways saying how I feel that it breakin was nintendo's fault for using cheap plastic. I went on to say all my other Nintendo products work fine after much more playtime...

To sum up my Long Story I didnt hear back from them, and then I got a package from Nintendo 3 weeks after I sent them my broken one with a fixed Refurb DS lite for free
