Suddenly, I feel over-privileged. I have 7 local Best Buy's.

I just moved to Buffalo and I've lived in rural New York my entire life. The amount of Best Buys, Gamestops, and Local Game Shops is overwhelming.
I was looking for a Gamestop (I had a giftcard) to buy Animal Crossing: New Leaf and they were all closed after 6:00pm on Sunday and it was around 7:00. So I looked online and found the one store that was open until 9 and it was only 7 minutes away. It's just crazy how many of the same stores they can put into one area.

I am so jealous. I have plenty of best buys around me but not a single event for the San Diego area.

You can't?Nintendo is making me regret buying it. -_-

I think it's not more than a limitation from this demo only ...there's no need for it not to be supported, since even the gamePad has a classic controller mode (without the giro).
..and based on all the controllers supported by the old wii one, there's no much worry about Pro Controller being out

Seeing this stuff makes me happy. I remember NES, had a Gameboy, skipped GB color, and advanced, SNES, N64, GC (bought it late for Metroid/Zelda games), Wii, now Wii U. In this economy, I am telling anyone with common sense, mom/dad are going to pacify kids with likely $200 purchase (I see Wii U dropping then raking in the money in spite of this). Those games flat out sell. There are some fairly good looking 3rd party games planned also. Sort of "Still for kids and families, yet, something for others also." This thread totally made me smile, thanks for sharing and enjoy the loot. A FRIEND (I consider them one, they are awesome to me) shared they were setting up the booth. This could be anyone and is not likely a big deal to be setting up a display. So if you read this I don't think this was a private thing. Now I see why they were excited.

MS is a joke now, plus not selling in Japan? Looks like Wii U then if I want more a PS4. Nintendo and Sony, who needs anything else?

They are not complete yet, and I think somebody said the rep told them the pro controller will work (Mario?). Demo games, hello? People mocked the "Innovation" idea Nintendo themed their E3 with but from what I am hearing the booths at Best Buy are a hit. Hands on, no need to travel to E3 also. People dump on Nintendo too much.

Edit: randomizer will be here shortly, I just KNOW it;-)

gonna have to stab you and take yer loot

friggan only 6 Best Buys in my WHOLE STATE (and not even one in Dallas) getting the setup

The closest store that had this event from me was in Mcallen and I was too busy collecting special puzzle pieces from stores around me to go. Still I expected there to be more available locations and a more suitable venue such as a stadium rather than an already space starved store. At the same time I don't think big N wanted to spend larger amounts of money for a more appropriate event.

Aww, yours had a lot more loot than ours. I only got a Luigi hat, a flag, and a coin. =<

Edit: Wait, people actually want the coins and hats? I have an extra of each...

My location in Richmond, VA only gave out the Luigi Hat, Luigi Flag, and a Luigi Lanyard. I was 8th in line and sadly they did not even have the coins... Plan on selling the extras?

how much are you looking for?
However much kikirini is looking for I'LL SELL MINE FOR 50,000 DOLLARS MORE!

I read an article that stated each location got 25 of the coins to give out. I wonder if some locations had some shady employees who kept them....

All I know is in the multiplayer games, all the players got coins, so chances are, the people before you picked SM3DW or MK8.
