Hacking My backup loaders aren't loading IOS56 games

Hey guys, I'm having some difficulty booting games which run on IOS56 on all of my backup loaders. Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Flip's Twisted World stopped booting after I updated the IOS with v5662 from v5405. I've tried reinstalling all of my cIOS, even reinstalled IOS56 v5405, but nothing seems to work. I'd prefer not to use Pimpmywii as a crutch since I've heard can be problematic by creating stubs. Thanks in advance to whoever can help me with this problem.

Some more info would help.

Are you loading from HDD (fat, wbfs or ntfs) or DVD?

What backup loaders are you using. What revision?

What rev/base are the cios' you are booting them with?

yous IOS56 should have nothing to do with your issues since backup loaders use the cIOS

use ModMii: http://gbatemp.net/t207126-modmii-for-windows to redo the softmod process. use wizard setup, say ur wii is virgin and update ur wii to sm 4.1 if ur sm is lower. just follow the generated guide step by step. ur ios will be updated and cios too.
